By commissioning me, buying my designs, getting free art, or trading with me you automatically agree to my TOS.

I have every right to refuse any commission, trade, customs/adopts, or request!!

You may NOT use my art to make money or merch of any kind that you plan on selling. (EX. keychains, shirts, stickers, etc. -- you can make merch for yourself if you aren't claiming you made the art and it's not something you are doing to make money).

You may NOT use my art to put into an AI, NFT, or claim as your own.

​

Please provide me with a social account and/or email so I can send the finished piece(s) to (if we aren't messaging through ToyHouse already).

I will provide multiple updates for any art- just ask!! Commissions are very important to me, and I have other things like family, pets, health issues, and other things I also need to do/take care of. All I ask is that you please be patient with me! 

I will use my art as examples (unless you ask me specifically not to)!

Please DO NOT trace, steal, or take credit for my art. This goes for commissions, gifts, adopts, customs, and trades. I don't mind you editing small things onto it (ONLY SFW and harmless stuff), but please do not make big changes! You can NOT add anything hateful, religious symbols/figures, political, problematic, etc. to my art. If you want something edited, I gladly will (depending on what that is) :]

Payment:

When paying for my art, please provide the full payment BEFORE I send you the sketch. I will NOT start your commission without the full amount (I can do holds and/or save slots)! Big changes like the entire pose (for example) are okay until you approve the sketch. If it is a mistake on my part, I will fix it regardless of the stage I am at!! I use PayPal, Ko-Fi, or CashApp as payment.

Refunds:

I do NOT do refunds, sorry! If I am taking a while, trust I haven't forgotten, and I will get back to you as soon as possible <3
- I will ALWAYS complete a commission, and if there is a rare moment I can't, then -I- will give refunds myself.

I make updates on my Trello, ToyHouse bulletins, and try to message you personally when I can!!

Design Rules:

- You may change/add/remove things/colors. However, they still have to resemble the original Design in some way and can NOT be 100% different!
- Do NOT sell for more than you got them (unless they have more art - base/AI/dollmaker does not count)
- NO buying/trading with the intent to resell/trade
- Try to keep ALL my designs on ToyHouse. I love checking my designs, and it helps me keep track of them all! I love seeing what you do with them!! <3
- Please give freebies away for free if they have no extra added art. Trade any traded oc for the same amount you got them for, unless more art is added. Sell a bought OC for the same amount you paid for, unless more art is added. (AI/dollmaker art does not count)

Q&A:

 Q: Can I use this art as a profile picture, album image, or reference?

       A: Yeah!! I'd love to see it! Just give credit ^^

Q: Can you remove your watermark?

       A: Nope! That stays no matter what, and you may not remove it either. I can change the size or move it, but it has to be clear/readable. 
 

Q: General turnaround time / TAT?

       A: It can take me a few days to a few months or so to work on owed art/commissions. It all depends on my physical health + how busy I am!!
 

Q: Can I order multiple commissions at the same time?

       A: Yeah, for sure!! Just let me know ahead of time how many and what kind(s).
 

Q: Can you get it done by (insert date/holiday/etc)? 

       A: Yes, as long as you give me enough time beforehand!! If it's last-minute, I still might be able to figure something out with you!! 

 

Q: Do you still do commission rewards?

       A: Yes!! You can find them here on my website (at the top with the other tabs)!!

Q: Do you have preferences on what to draw/design?

       A: Yup! Once you finish reading, they are at the bottom of the page. I'm almost always open to trying to draw/design new things as long as you ask ahead!!
 

Q: My character has religious symbols. Will you still draw them?

       A: Depends!! If it's something I can cover up or change the marking for, then yes; otherwise, I am not comfortable with it. I won't do designs that are biblically accurate angels or demons either.

Q: What are some things you won't draw?

       A: Yes, I won't draw anything suggestive, religious, hateful (ex. racist, homophobic, etc.), political, or NSFW.

            I also won't draw anything out of my style.
